Refund Policy

Payments for the services offered by shall be on a 100% advance basis. Refund if any will be at the sole discretion of M/s JobsEmpire. JobsEmpire offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. JobsEmpire gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount only. JobsEmpire undertakes no liability for free services. JobsEmpire reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice. All terms / disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them.

  • In case of the purchase of (Prime Member Service package from site, there will be no cancellation once the amount is paid. Under no condition will JobsEmpire, refund the amount once paid.
  • If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Your membership in the service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
  • If you reschedule or cancel services (other than registration fees (Membership Fee) as mentioned above) purchased by you, not later than 24 hour of purchase of service, a nominal deduction (50%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
  • If you reschedule or cancel services purchased by you, after 24 hours (including the day of purchase of service) no refund shall be made until and unless it is proved that you have not been served for what you have made payment.
  • In case of multiple payments for a single product, you are requested to bring the same to our notice. After your notification we will be able to refund the extra amount within 7 to 15 days on a case to case basis. The same needs to be brought to our notice within 7 days of the transaction, after which we will not be able to refund the same.
  • In the case of unauthorized payments / payment rejected / transaction marked as high-risk / stolen or fraud cards / chargeback or refund, either written or verbal to the bank / credit card company / payment gateway, JobsEmpire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your services with immediate effect, either temporarily or permanently, partial or completely and no further services or support or responses will be provided to the client until the disputed subject matter is resolved.
  • We do not refund in case the customer due to his own negligence/ignorance or don’t perform or abstain himself from performing any act which is required/ mandatory for the adequate service delivery or the customer don’t adequately communicate or response, despite reminders.
  • Either you or your authorised representative may cancel your paid subscription at any time, for any reason or no reason. Such cancellation will become effective upon adequate notice to the other party, except that a cancellation by due to your breach of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy will become effective immediately, regardless of notice. Upon the effective moment of cancellation of your paid subscription, your rights and privileges under this policy becomes null.
  • In case of payment by Card, no charge back shall be accepted by unless refund/cancellation procedure if duly followed by the said customer.
  • These Terms of Use are subject to change with or without prior intimation. Service buyer is bound by all the terms & conditions mentioned on the website.
  • Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays are not to be counted as working days. Endeavour’s to render service on schedule. However, also reserves the right to decline, change or reschedule provision of any service notwithstanding the acceptance of the order by our representative or even if payment for the service has been collected by us.
  • In case any member defames JobsEmpire on public forum / blogs / public domains & websites / Social Media sites, same will be considered as acting against JobsEmpire and hence the member / client order ID will be blocked in the system with immediate effect and no further request of any sort/value will further ever be entertained by JobsEmpire till he / she removes the post. JobsEmpire will also have the right to take a legal action / file a case against such people / clients participating in such activities.

In case, you want refund after 24 hours of purchase of services, then the refund shall be made as per our grievance policy on grievance redressed.

  • Refund will be processed directly in your Bank / Credit Card account that was used to make the payment. Cash refunds are not available.
  • Taxes deducted once will not be refunded back in any case.
  • Refunds will not be given if you do not follow proper registration procedures and/or fail to present the required identification documents.
  • No interest is paid on a refund of any amount.
  • You should contact at first, regarding any excess or double payment made by them.
  • The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.
  • We reserve the right to modify and amend refund policies at any time by uploading the same in the website.

Decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties to the dispute. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended, shall govern the arbitration proceedings.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India. The exclusive forum for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be a court of law located in New Delhi, India.
