1.Observing And Recording The Condition Of Patients.

2. Perform Admission, Discharge And Transfer Procedures.

3.Making Ethical Decisions Related To Consent And Confidentiality,

5.Carrying Out Routine Investigations,

6.Responding Quickly To Emergencies.

7.Ensuring Proper Handing Over Of The Patient's Health Is Given To The Next Shift Nurse.

8.To Ensure That All Items Used For Patients Inclusive Of Medications, Surgical Supplies Are Duly Recorded And Charged.

9.Accurately Record And Report Incidents.

10.Execute Physician's Orders For All Assigned Patients; Safely And Properly Administers Medications And Treatments.

11.Any Other Duties As Instructed By The Nursing Superintendent
