Coordinate And Monitor The Receipt, Order, Assembly And Dispatch Of Goods

• Liaise With Customers, Suppliers & Transporters

• Use Manpower Efficiently, Making Sure Quality, Budgetary Targets & Operational Targets Are Met

• Ensure The Smooth Running Of The Allocated Shift & Engage All The Available Resources To Meet Planned Activity Levels

• Conduct Daily Huddle With The Team To See If There Are Any Challenges & Provide Solutions

• Review The Daily Activities Of The Warehouse, Training Of Staff, As Well As Monitoring Staff Performance And Progress

• Exchange Ideas And Thoughts With The Team To Check If There Is Any Scope For Improvement In The Operational Process

• Have A Clear Understanding Of The Company's Policies And Vision And How The Warehouse Contributes To These

• Keep Stock Count Up To Date And Make Sure Inventories Are Accurate

• Motivate, Organize And Encourage Teamwork Within The Workforce To Ensure Productivity Targets Are Met Or Exceeded

• Produce Regular Reports And Statistics On A Daily, Weekly And Monthly Basis

• Do Continuous Floor Walk In The Facility To Observe The Operations And Help Wherever Necessary

• Work On Employee Rosters & Manpower Planning

• Maintain Standards Of Health And Safety, Hygiene And Security In The Work Environment
