·        Providing Engineering Inputs To R&D Group/ Pilot Plant

·        Literature Study And Feasibility Studies For New Projects/ Technologies.

·        Carrying Out Scale Up Studies In Pilot Plant To Conceptualize The Process.

·        New Technology Evaluation And Finalization

·        Preparation & Finalization Of PFD, Mass And Energy Balance

·        Carrying Out And Verifying Design Calculations, Simulation And Preparation Of Engineering Documents And Drawings

·        Preparation & Cross-checking Of Process Engineering Documents To Make BEP

·        Check Detailed Engineering Documents From Engineering Consultant And Vendor Documents To Ensure BEP Requirements Are Met.

·        Co-ordination With Cross Functional Departments Like R&D, Projects, Production To Ensure Plant Activities As Per Timelines.

·        Provide Process Engineering Support To Production Department For Pre-commissioning And Commissioning Of The Plant

·        Identifying Area For Process Improvements To Attain Or Exceed The Targeted Capacity Or Yield Or Product Specifications

·        Identify Bottlenecks In Achieving The Targets And Suggest Solution For It.

·        Compilation Of Project Completion Report.
